Bra Fittings
We offer complete personal bra fittings by professional lingerie fitters who will work with you to ensure ultimate comfort and the best fit. The three of us have over 30 years of bra fitting experience. There is no need for an appointment so stop by any time (that we are open of course) and we will be pleased to help you find the perfect bra. We carry 30-46 bands, A-M cups and many combinations of these. Give us at least a half hour of your time and bring your most challenging or favorite blouse to try with your new bra.

Shop by Phone
If you’re unable to shop in-store, simply give us a call to let us know exactly what you require and with your credit card we will ship your purchase anywhere in Canada or internationally. Shipping costs vary due to size of the items and distance, but will never include a handling charge.

Gift Registries
While we do not have an online registry we can write down, even by email, the items, sizes and colours on a list for you and cross off items as they are purchased. We are old school and do most things with a pen and paper.

Layaway
We are happy to accommodate those who want to pay a bit now and the rest later. A deposit will hold your items until they’re paid for and ready to take home.

Gift Certificates
Let us help you pick the perfect gift for your special someone. Gift certificates are available in any denomination and are valid for one year from purchase.

Gift Wrapping
Allow us to put the finishing touches on your special gift for no additional cost. Be sure to ask for Bev, as she has a special way with precision and detail.

Return Policy
In the interest of the safety and health of our customers, and in adhering to BC health regulations, all sales of panties, hosiery and body shapers are final. Any discounted merchandise sales are also final sales and not returnable. We will gladly exchange or credit clean and unworn merchandise that is returned with the receipt within 14 days of purchase. We cannot give cash refunds or return to debit card purchases. Defective merchandise (let us take a look at it to be certain) can be returned for replacement or repair.

Sewing and Alterations
We have a seamstress on staff that can do alterations for a fee or repairs if need be, everything from hemming robes to taking in the band of a bra that has stretched out.
