My Exorcism-Okay, Just Kidding

Can I say how awful I feel for my lack of posts?  Actually, I did feel awful literally.  The stomach flu decided to visit me again and this time hard.  Basically, I didn't eat for three days because food would not go down.  Then I thought how about liquids. No good! I even puked up water, or was that holy water?  I did look something like this:
